Michael Boland joined The Gialamas Company as a Facilities Maintenance Technician in September 2006. With the marked growth in Old Sauk Trails Park, Mike’s skills help us continue to provide the level of service our tenants deserve. Mike possesses several years of relevant facilities/maintenance experience and holds a degree in Industrial Maintenance from Madison Area Technical College. His certification accomplishments include EPA Certification, Refrigerant Handling Certification, Refrigerant 410A Certification and Carrier Certification.
