George Gialamas

As the owner and chief executive officer of The Gialamas Company, George and his team have been responsible for the continued success and growth of the company. His vision of the “Field of Dreams” on the far west side of Madison, includes bringing to market and nearly complete sell-out of the 460 acre Old Sauk Trails Park as well as the design, construction, leasing and management of over two and a half million square feet of office and retail properties.
George is currently on the AAA Wisconsin Board of Directors, Vice Chair; Cardinal Stritch University, Business Advisory Committee, and on the Board of Advisors - University of Wisconsin-Madison Business School. Some of the honors that George has received are; Ellis Island (Medal of Honor); Keys to the City, presented by Mayor Sue Bauman, October 1998, Civic Recognition Award, presented on behalf of the Madison Common Council, June 1996; and in recognition of the millennium he is listed on “The Madison All-Century List”, a Salute to the Top 50 People Who Shaped Madison.
