Andy Van Haren

Andy joined The Gialamas Company in 1995 as the Facilities Manager/Construction Supervisor. He is responsible for monitoring the schedule, performance, and costs of all development projects. He also supervises repair, maintenance, grounds keeping staff and contractors for over 1,500,000 square feet of office space. Andy also reviews all tenant build-out and remodeling projects, which includes estimating and contracting.

Prior to joining The Gialamas Company, Andy was a Project Supervisor for Planning Design/ Build, where he was responsible for reviewing shop drawings, preparing bi-weekly schedules, daily field reports, and coordination of all subcontractors and suppliers. His various project accomplishments include: AAA Building, Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, Sauk Trails Plaza, Excelsior Financial Centre, TomoTherapy, 1241 John Q. Hammons and 8040 Excelsior Drive, all of which are located in Old Sauk Trails Park. In addition he completed the Virchow Krause Building in the American Center.
